Class Packs

• Class packs may be refunded if cancelled at least 72 hours before the first class.

• After the first class in the pack, classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If you cannot attend one of the sessions, no make-up class or credit will be offered.

• This policy allows us to keep class sizes consistent and pricing affordable.

Drop-In Classes

• Drop-in bookings may be refunded if cancelled at least 48 hours before class.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are not eligible for credit or refund.

• If your child is unwell, please let us know — we may offer a courtesy credit at our discretion and subject to availability.

Class Cancellations by Instructor

• If we need to cancel a class, we will first attempt to reschedule the class.

• If the rescheduled time does not work for you, or if the class cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund or credit.
